This Privacy Policy explains how Promptive AI ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Skylab, handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the app, you agree to this Policy.
1 Information we collect
Promptive AI is designed to work without you signing in. We collect very little:
- Information you choose to send. If you use "Send Feedback", the app opens your own email app so you can email us. We only receive what you write and the address you send from.
- Data kept on your device. Your favorite prompts and your theme (light/dark) preference are saved on your device.
- Advertising & device data. To show ads, your device's advertising identifier and basic device information may be collected (see "Advertising" below).
- Usage & analytics data. We use Google Analytics for Firebase, which automatically collects app-usage and diagnostic information (see "Analytics" below).
2 Advertising
The app is free and supported by ads, including rewarded ads shown before certain actions (such as copying or sharing a prompt). We use Google AdMob to serve these ads. To do so, Google and its partners may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and ad-interaction data, and may use it for personalized or non-personalized advertising.
You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time: Android → Settings → Google → Ads; iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
3 Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. This service automatically collects usage and diagnostic information such as screens viewed, in-app actions (for example, viewing or copying a prompt), app version, general device information, a unique app-instance identifier, and an approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address. We use this data in aggregate to see which features are popular and to fix problems. It is not used to identify you personally.
4 Notifications
We may send you push notifications. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
5 How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the app.
- To display ads that keep the app free.
- To analyze usage so we can improve features and fix problems.
- To send notifications you have not disabled.
- To respond to feedback you email us.
6 Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
7 Your choices
- Clear your favorites anytime from Settings → Clear All Favorites.
- Reset or limit ad personalization via your device's advertising settings.
- Disable notifications in your device settings.
- Contact us with any questions about your data.
8 Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
