These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Promptive AI mobile application ("the app"), operated by Skylab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1 Use of the app

Promptive AI lets you browse, copy, and share curated AI image and video prompts. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3 Prompts and content

Prompts and other content in the app are provided for inspiration and personal use. Any images, videos, or other outputs you create using these prompts in third-party AI tools are subject to the terms of those tools. We do not guarantee any particular result and are not responsible for content you generate.

4 Third-party AI tools

The app may help you open prompts in external AI tools and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those tools, their availability, their output, or their terms and pricing. Your use of any third-party tool is solely between you and that provider.

5 Advertisements

The app is free and supported by advertising, including rewarded ads that may be shown before certain actions (such as copying or sharing a prompt, or opening an AI tool). By using the app, you acknowledge that ads are part of the experience and that ad content is provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

6 Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend.
• Do not use prompts or generated content to create material that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates the policies of the AI tools you use.
• Do not interfere with, manipulate, or attempt to defraud the advertising in the app.

7 Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, and the curated arrangement of content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app itself without our permission.

8 Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be accurate or available.

9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or any content or third-party tool accessed through it.

10 Changes to the app and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

12 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
